Interns Needed

Spoiled By GOD is in sincere need of interns.  This is an opportunity for you to earn real life hands on experience in building a company form the ground up.  These are not paid positions.  These are renewable semester internships.  Students must be able to provide proof that they will be receiving  class credit in order to participate.  All assignments will be project based, therefore all applicants must be self disciplined, goal oriented, and have adequate time management skills to able to meet all deadlines.  Thank you for visiting the website.  All applicants are required to read through the Spoiled By GOD website.  I am looking for interns who are highly motivated, but I am also looking for those who share the vision for the purpose and message behind this company.

There are several positions available.  Please read the criteria for each.  You may apply for more than one, however, you will only be assigned to one team.  All of the teams will be working closely together, so responsibilities will overlap and there may be opportunities for roles to cross.

1. Position: Marketing Intern

    Responsibilities: Developing ways to get Spoiled By GOD on the map
         through business to business marketing  and advertising.
         (Commercials, flyers, promotions, etc.)

    Requirements: Marketing interns must be creative, highly motivated,
         energetic, and innovative.

2. Position: Accounting and Finance Interns

    Responsibilities:  Document, track, organize, graph and analyze all
        expenses.  Forecast and provide written reports,  balance sheets,
        inventory tracking data base.
    Requirements:  Accounting and Finance Interns must be very meticulous
        and detailed.  Must be proficient in Microsoft excel or comparable
        program and data base.

3.  Position:  Sales Team

     Responsibilities:  Finding distributors and contractors for product
         production, finding events for selling and venue for business to
         business marketing, pricing (both wholesale and retail), Attending and
         working retail at events, documenting all sales.  This Team will be
         working hand in hand with every other division. 
       Requirements:  The Sales Team Interns must be creative, innovative, very
         energetic and detailed.  Because of the interaction with the public,
         these interns must also be able to exercise patience and demonstrate
         people skills and customer service.  They must be personable and
         friendly and have the most availability. 

4.  Position:  Design Team Interns

     Responsibilities:  These interns will be responsible for art design  for SBG
         publications and  website, and for product selection for inclusion into
         the Spoiled By GOD line.
      Requirements:  Creative, innovative, detailed oriented, perfectionist. 
         Experience with Microsoft Publisher or other publishing program is
         preferred but not required.  It would be a plus if these applicants can
         provide samples of their work or projects. 

5. Position:  Web Design Intern

    Responsibilities:  My Web Design Intern will be responsible for all of the
        technical work.  They will be responsible for the improvement of,
        maintenance, and updating of the Spilled By God and My Space web
        pages.  They will also be responsible for maintaining all internet
        contacts and communication.  This includes customer databases, e-mail
        blasts, on-line stores, blogs, etc.  I am basically looking for someone
        who desires to improve their skills and build their experience resume
        and portfolio. 
    Requirements:  This intern must be able to show evidence of past work. 
        He/She must be proficient in Microsoft Front Page and HTML, and My
        Space.  Proficiency in Flash in a definet plus.

6.  Position:  Legal & Clerical

     Responsibilities:  These interns will responsible for all of the behind the
         scenes legal dealings of the company.  They will be responsible
         researching, applying for and implementing all of the legal aspects of
         establishing and running and small business.  This includes, attaining
         grants, permits, etc.  Anything that that the teams needs as a whole to
         get the entire project accomplished.  This positions also includes 
         clerical work such as maintaining the organization of the tasks and
         project and making the necessary contact. 
      Requirements:  These interns must be very proficient, organized, diligent,
         and hard working,  This may be the most time consuming of the teams. 
         These interns must have an entrepreneurial spirit because their tasks
         are the operational part of starting and maintaining your own
         business.  These interns must be able to keep the projects together  
         and moving forward correctly
